Frank Locatell is the founder of F.C. Locatell Concrete & Masonry, operating since 1985. He specializes in artisanal masonry and concrete. Working in the industry over 40 years, he is able to offer valuable guidance on projects with great complexity. His work is rooted within the local communities throughout the greater San Gabriel Valley, where it all started.
